Purchases

(a) All sales are final.

(b) Prices are as listed, and payment is required before shipping.

(d) Ownership of Artwork transfers upon payment.

Shipping Details

1. We ship Australia wide.

2. We use Australia Post, Pack and Send or e-go.com.au depending on the size of your order.

3. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and/or destination.

4. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days within metro areas, 10-14 business days in urban areas.

5. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

6. If your order is damaged, lost, or delayed, please contact us at ashlee@apiera.art within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is present, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for pickup.

8. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Additional Shipping Considerations

- We take care to package artworks securely, but we cannot guarantee against damage.

- International deliveries may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return Shipping

- Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual Property

(a) All Artwork is owned and copyrighted by the Artist.

(b) Users acknowledge and respect the Artist's intellectual property rights.
